Whiteline Essential Driveline Bushing Kit – 2015-2021 Subaru WRX

Description:

Whiteline Essential Driveline Bushing Kit - 2015-2021 Subaru WRX

Tighten Up the Drivetrain Before It Costs You Power
The Whiteline Essential Driveline Bushing Kit for the 2015-2021 Subaru WRX addresses the transmission mount, differential mounts, and associated driveline bushing positions that control how cleanly power is transferred from the engine and transmission to the wheels. Worn driveline mounts introduce compliance that blurs throttle response, causes clunking under hard acceleration and deceleration, and allows the drivetrain to shift position under load -- affecting handling balance as well as power delivery.

DETAILS

• Covers driveline bushing positions: transmission mount, differential mounts, and related hardware
• Polyurethane compounds selected per mount position
• Protective plating on all metal components
• Addresses compliance that causes clunking and blurred throttle response
• Fitment: 2015-2021 Subaru WRX (VA chassis)

How Driveline Mount Wear Affects the VA WRX
The VA WRX uses a symmetrical all-wheel drive system where the differential and transmission mounts play a direct role in how cleanly torque is applied to all four wheels. Worn mounts allow the drivetrain assembly to rotate and shift under acceleration and braking -- this shows up as a lurching sensation, delayed throttle response, and handling that feels slightly disconnected. Refreshing these mounts with firmer polyurethane compounds tightens all of those behaviors simultaneously.

Protective Plating on Metal Components
All metal hardware in this kit uses Whiteline's protective plating process -- a hard surface coating that's significantly more resistant to corrosion than conventional paint. On driveline components that live in the transmission tunnel and differential area, corrosion resistance is important for long-term durability, especially on cars driven year-round.

Pair With Front and Rear Suspension Kits
Driveline bushings work in context with the rest of the chassis. The VA WRX responds well to a comprehensive approach -- front and rear suspension essential kits combined with this driveline kit produce a car that's sharper, more connected, and more predictable than the sum of its individual bushing changes.

Why Choose Whiteline

Whiteline has been engineering suspension components from their facility in Australia since 1979. Every product in their catalog is developed with a clear goal: measurable improvement in handling, stability, and tyre contact. Whiteline's polyurethane bushings, sway bars, control arms, and alignment correction kits are engineered using finite element analysis and validated on track before they reach the market. Their components are direct-fit, bolt-on solutions designed for enthusiasts who want real performance gains without fabrication or custom work.

The RallySport Take

Often overlooked compared to sway bars and springs, but driveline bushing compliance on the VA WRX is a real source of handling and response imprecision -- especially on higher-mileage cars. This kit addresses it efficiently.
