On this page, you are looking at the Torque Solutions Thermal Turbo Blanket. These are a great addition to any turbocharged vehicle because their main intended purpose is to contain and trap extreme heat generated from the turbocharger so that you can protect the surrounding engine components from heat exposure. This is also a great option for those of you with a top mount intercooler setup that needs extra protection from heat soak which can affect your performance.

Torque Solution designed this blanket with protective wire mesh along with insulated fiberglass layers, as well as an external silicone/fiberglass layer.

The interior surface has a max temperature rating of 2300F/1260C, with a continuous use limit of 1832F/1000C. The exterior surface has a direct contact limit of 1800F/982C with a radiant heat limit of 2500F/1371C.

Note that this blanket will come in the lava finish, and will fit T4 framed turbochargers.
