Ohlins Road & Track Coilover System – 2023-2026 Toyota GR Corolla

Description:

Ohlins Road & Track Coilover System - 2023-2026 Toyota GR Corolla

Purpose-Built Suspension for Toyota's Hottest Hatch
The Ohlins Road & Track Coilover System for the Toyota GR Corolla is engineered specifically for a car that already pushes the limits of what a front-wheel-drive-based hot hatch can do. With the GR Corolla's turbocharged G16E-GTS engine, GR-FOUR AWD system, and track-tuned chassis, the factory suspension is a solid starting point -- but owners pushing the car on circuit quickly discover what Ohlins brings to the table. DFV technology, monotube architecture, and 20+ clicks of adjustable damping combine to give the GR Corolla the suspension its performance potential demands.

DETAILS

• Patented Dual Flow Valve (DFV) technology for consistent damping in both compression and rebound
• Monotube damper architecture for improved response and heat dissipation
• Height adjustable via strut body, not spring perch, for more precise ride height tuning
• 20+ click adjustable damping range for road and track configurations
• Inverted front strut design for reduced unsprung weight and improved steering feel
• Aluminum shock bodies for lightweight construction and improved cooling
• Rebuildable and serviceable by Ohlins dealers
• ISO 9227 corrosion salt spray tested
• Compatible with OEM top mounts
• Dustcovers and spring preload adjuster included
• All necessary hardware and ride height adjustment tool included
• Two-year warranty

DFV Technology Explained
Ohlins' Dual Flow Valve is the core innovation that sets the Road & Track system apart from conventional coilover designs. In a standard monotube damper, compression and rebound fluid paths behave differently, which can cause unpredictable chassis reactions when the car transitions between loading and unloading. DFV gives the damper fluid a consistent flow path in both directions, meaning the wheel returns to the ground with controlled precision on rebound. For the GR Corolla, with its AWD torque distribution and tendency to load up heavily under hard cornering, that consistency translates directly into better traction and more confidence at the limit.

Adjustability That Matches How You Drive
The Road & Track system uses strut body height adjustment to preserve spring geometry across the full ride height range, and the 20+ click damping adjuster gives you a wide spread from comfortable street use to firm track configuration. The inverted front strut design reduces unsprung mass at the corner, sharpening steering response and improving turn-in sharpness -- areas where even a small improvement is immediately noticeable in a car as capable as the GR Corolla.

Long-Term Value Through Serviceability
Aluminum shock bodies keep weight low and help dissipate heat during sustained track use. The rebuildable design means these coilovers can be serviced by an Ohlins dealer when they eventually wear rather than replaced outright, which makes them a genuinely long-term investment in your GR Corolla's chassis. Hardware and a ride height adjustment tool are included so you can complete the installation and make adjustments at home.

Why Choose Ohlins

Ohlins has been engineering suspension systems for motorsport at the highest levels since 1976, supplying teams in MotoGP, Formula 1, and World Rally Championship. That racing heritage is not just marketing -- it is reflected in the materials, tolerances, and engineering decisions that go into every Road & Track unit. The DFV technology, the rebuildable monotube architecture, and the corrosion testing standards are all direct products of Ohlins' competition experience applied to street and track use. When you put Ohlins under your car, you are getting a product validated under conditions far more demanding than anything most owners will ever encounter.

The RallySport Take

The GR Corolla is one of the most exciting performance cars to come out of Toyota in years, and the Ohlins Road & Track system is the right suspension upgrade for owners who want to take it further. Whether you are chasing faster lap times at your local track day or just want the car to respond more precisely on your favorite canyon road, the DFV technology and wide adjustment range give you real tools to tune the chassis rather than just lower it. This is the suspension we would spec on a GR Corolla build from day one.
