IAG Performance 2mm Viton Custom Formed Replacement Oil Pan Gasket

Description:

IAG 2mm Viton Replacement Oil Pan Gasket -- IAG EJ Oil Pan Series

Custom-Formed Replacement Gasket for IAG EJ Oil Pans
The IAG Replacement Oil Pan Gasket is a 2mm custom-formed Viton O-ring seal engineered specifically for IAG EJ series oil pans (IAG-ENG-2200, 2201, 2202, and 2203). Viton provides excellent resistance to heat, petroleum, and other automotive fluids, making it a superior long-term sealing material compared to cork or standard rubber gaskets. This is the correct replacement gasket for all IAG EJ oil pan installations and regular maintenance intervals.

Why Viton?
Viton (fluoroelastomer) maintains its seal properties across a wide temperature range and resists degradation from petroleum products, heat, and most automotive chemicals. For an oil pan application where long-term sealing integrity is critical, Viton is a more reliable long-term sealing material than standard rubber or cork alternatives.

When to Replace
The gasket should be replaced any time the oil pan is removed -- at engine rebuilds, oil system service, or any time the pan is dropped for inspection or cleaning. Reusing a compressed gasket risks an oil leak that may not be immediately obvious but will cause oil loss and potential engine damage over time.

Compatibility
This gasket is compatible with all four IAG EJ oil pan part numbers: IAG-ENG-2200, IAG-ENG-2201, IAG-ENG-2202, and IAG-ENG-2203 in both Black and Silver finishes.

Why Choose IAG Performance

IAG Performance has been building Subaru-specific engine and drivetrain components since 2001, and in that time they have become the standard by which serious Subaru builds are measured. Based in Westminster, Maryland, IAG designs, machines, and assembles their products in-house using Haas CNC equipment and their own engineering team. Their catalog spans everything from short blocks and long blocks rated to 1150 BHP all the way down to the fuel system, oiling, and drivetrain hardware that keeps modified Subarus running reliably for years. Every IAG product exists because a problem needed a better solution than what was available -- and the engineering shows.

The RallySport Take

Keep a replacement gasket on hand whenever you are working on the bottom of the engine. It is a small cost that prevents an oil leak that would cost far more to address after the fact. If you are installing an IAG oil pan for the first time, this gasket is the correct seal to use.
