IAG Cylinder Head Threaded Plug Set – Subaru Models (inc. 2015-2021 WRX / 2013-2020 BRZ)

Description:

IAG Cylinder Head Threaded Plug Set -- 2015-2021 WRX / 2013-2021 BRZ / Scion FR-S

Plugs for Unused Cylinder Head Ports
The IAG Cylinder Head Threaded Plug Set provides plugs for the cylinder head ports in the FA20 engine that are not used in certain configurations. These plugs prevent oil or coolant leaks from unused threaded ports in the head and are required during engine assembly when the ports in question are not connected to external lines.

DETAILS

• Threaded plugs for FA20 cylinder head unused ports
• Required when certain head ports are not connected during engine assembly
• Prevents oil or coolant leaks from unused port locations
• Fits: 2015-2021 WRX / 2013-2021 BRZ / Scion FR-S / Toyota 86

When These Plugs Are Needed
The FA20 cylinder head has several threaded ports for coolant, oil, and PCV connections. In some build configurations -- particularly when replacing or deleting certain factory components -- these ports may not be connected to external lines. Plugging them is required to prevent leaks.

Correct Application
Consult your build plan and engine manual to identify which ports require plugging in your specific configuration. Using the correct threaded plugs ensures a clean, leak-free engine assembly.

FA20 Applications
Compatible with FA20 DIT (WRX) and FA20 naturally aspirated (BRZ/FR-S/86) applications.

Why Choose IAG Performance

IAG Performance has been building Subaru-specific engine and drivetrain components since 2001, and in that time they have become the standard by which serious Subaru builds are measured. Based in Westminster, Maryland, IAG designs, machines, and assembles their products in-house using Haas CNC equipment and their own engineering team. Their catalog spans everything from short blocks and long blocks rated to 1150 BHP all the way down to the fuel system, oiling, and drivetrain hardware that keeps modified Subarus running reliably for years. Every IAG product exists because a problem needed a better solution than what was available -- and the engineering shows.

The RallySport Take

The IAG cylinder head threaded plug set is a small but important detail for a clean FA20 engine assembly. If your build configuration leaves head ports unused, these plugs are the correct solution.
