HKS Hi-Power Cat Back Exhaust – 2008-2015 Mitsubishi Evo X

Description:

HKS Hi-Power Cat Back Exhaust - 2008-2015 Mitsubishi Evo X

HKS Exhaust Engineering for Street and Track
HKS exhaust systems are developed through motorsport application -- the same engineering approach behind HKS competition vehicles translates into their street products. Ultra-thin stainless steel construction reduces weight vs factory while improving corrosion resistance. The Legamax and Hi-Power lines have distinct sound and performance characters developed for different objectives.

Details

• Larger 3" piping diameter and smooth bends limit turbulence and restriction under acceleration
• Twin muffler design
• 304 stainless steel materials
• Minimal bends in the design
• Increase in both horsepower and torque
• Improved throttle response

Sound Character and Flow Design
HKS uses straight-through pipe design to minimize back pressure restriction, combined with muffler tuning that removes harshness from the note without drone at highway speeds. The Legamax Premium delivers a large-diameter, refined sound character. The Hi-Power Spec-L and Super Turbo lines produce a more aggressive note for builds where the exhaust should reflect the car's performance level. Several HKS exhausts include a removable inner silencer for volume adjustment.

Why Choose HKS
HKS has been engineering performance automotive components since 1973, building a global reputation through motorsport involvement at the highest levels of circuit racing, rally, drag, and time attack. Their product range covers virtually every aspect of engine and chassis performance, with each product developed through in-house testing and real-world validation on the specific vehicles it is designed for. For Subaru, Toyota, and Honda performance builds, HKS offers some of the most platform-specific aftermarket engineering available.

The RallySport Take

HKS exhaust systems are engineered products validated on the specific platforms they are sold for. For Subaru, Toyota, Honda, and other builds where the exhaust upgrade is serious rather than cosmetic, HKS is one of the few brands where the engineering behind the product matches the price point.
