Greenchem AD Blue Diesel Exhaust Fluid

Description:

Get Greenchem AD Blue Diesel Exhaust Fluid in Kenya

AdBlue is a high-purity, non-toxic urea-based fluid that plays a vital role in reducing harmful emissions produced by diesel engines. Its made from a precise 32.5% urea solution and 67.5% deionized water, designed specifically for use in Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) systems.

When injected into the exhaust stream, AdBlue converts harmful nitrogen oxides (NOx) into harmless nitrogen and steam two elements already found in the air we breathe . The result? A cleaner exhaust and compliance with strict emission standards like Euro 6 and beyond.

GreenChem, one of Europes leading AdBlue producers, ensures every drop of its product meets the ISO 22241 standard, which means purity, performance, and protection for your engine and environment alike .

Why Choose GreenChem AdBlue?

With so many AdBlue options in the market, why GreenChem? Heres what sets it apart:

1. Laboratory-Tested Purity

GreenChem AdBlue is consistently tested in certified labs to ensure it remains within the strict purity range. Contamination of AdBlue even slightly can damage your SCR system. With GreenChem, that risk is virtually eliminated thanks to high-quality production and packaging standards.

2. Environmentally Responsible

GreenChem is committed to sustainability at every level. From responsible sourcing of raw materials to minimizing the carbon footprint during production and delivery, their AdBlue is a product you can trust to support both performance and the planet .

3. Trusted Across Industries

GreenChem AdBlue is widely used by logistics providers, agricultural operations, public service fleets, and other sectors with high diesel usage. Their supply reliability, no matter the scale of your need, makes them a preferred name across Europe and beyond .

4. Smart Packaging Solutions

Whether you need a 10-liter canister or an IBC tank, GreenChem offers flexible and user-friendly packaging options. Their containers are designed for easy storage, reduced spillage, and clean dispensing, keeping your work area safe and efficient .

How It Works

AdBlue is stored in a separate tank and automatically injected into the exhaust system, not into the fuel tank. Once inside the SCR catalytic converter, AdBlue undergoes a process called thermolysis, where it breaks down into ammonia and carbon dioxide. The ammonia then reacts with nitrogen oxides in the exhaust gases, turning them into nitrogen and water vapor .

This simple chemical reaction significantly reduces NOx emissions, one of the main contributors to smog and respiratory illnesses . Its a solution that allows diesel engines to meet modern emission regulations without compromising on power or efficiency .

Storage & Handling

Proper storage of AdBlue is critical to maintain its effectiveness. GreenChem AdBlue comes with clear handling instructions to help you get the most out of your supply:

• Temperature Range: Store between -11C and 30C . If it freezes, its still usable once thawed no need to worry!

• Shelf Life: When stored correctly, AdBlue can last up to 12 months without losing its properties .

• Avoid Contamination: Always use dedicated AdBlue equipment never reuse old fuel containers or funnels.

GreenChem also offers automated dispensing systems, bulk storage solutions, and monitoring technology to keep your supply in check .
