SF Intake on the Original GD EJ20

The SF intake on the EJ20 WRX replaces the factory airbox with a cone filter and aluminum tube, providing greater airflow improvement than the drop-in filter Stage 1. The Accessport OTS map is calibrated specifically for the SF intake's airflow characteristics on the EJ20 not a stock-intake map with a filter change, but a calibration developed for the SF configuration. The EJ20 responds with improved throttle response and more consistent boost delivery through the mid-range.

Stage 1+ Foundation for the Early GD WRX Build

The black SF coupler provides a clean, understated appearance in the EJ20 WRX engine bay performance hardware that does not call attention to itself visually. The SF intake retains the MAF sensor in its factory location, maintaining accurate air mass measurement for correct fueling. Data logging captures EJ20 parameters at high speed for ProTuner review as the build progresses.
