The smooth, consistent bore from the cat outlet to the exhaust tip allows spent gases to exit with minimal turbulence and backpressure. The reduction in backpressure has a direct effect on turbocharger performance: lower exhaust backpressure means the turbocharger can spool more freely, reaching boost targets faster and maintaining them with less effort from the engine. The stainless steel construction resists the corrosion and scaling that degrades factory and lower-quality aftermarket exhaust systems over time.
