Description:
AutoTecknic's Red Start Stop Button for the BMW G14 8-Series Convertible, G15 8-Series Coupe, and G16 8-Series Gran Coupe replaces the OEM unit with a full ABS replacement in Bright Red or Satin Red. Manufactured from OEM-grade ABS with a UV-resistant, scratch-resistant clear coat, the button retains the original tactile feel and click mechanism while adding a bold interior accent. Compatible with BMW vehicles equipped with the Auto Start/Stop system only.
Generic painted or wrapped button overlays rely on adhesive film that lifts and discolors under heat cycling inside an enclosed cabin. AutoTecknic's full replacement unit is molded in color with a clearcoat topcoat applied as a hard surface layer, not a film. The BMW G14, G15, and G16 retain the OEM connector and switch mechanism; only the button shell is replaced, requiring no wiring modification or special tools.
