AMS Performance 3.0″ Clamp to 2.5″ Tube Ferrule | AMS.00.09.3005-4

Description:

The AMS QuickClamp System is the ultimate solution for high-performance induction piping connections, providing both unmatched reliability, and ease of use. Our QuickClamp System is the perfect upgrade over traditional silicone hose connections, providing a superior and secure articulating connection that prevents decoupling during engine operation. The integrated push-pin design allows for toolless clamp release, providing a streamlined solution for quick and easy removal of your piping connections. The CNC machined 6061-T6 billet aluminum construction provides unmatched durability and reliability. With its innovative design and superior construction, the AMS QuickClamp System is the perfect choice for anyone looking to enhance the performance and reliability of their engine?s induction system.

AMS Performance is an engineering company first. We have built our decades long reputation as a leading motorsports aftermarket component manufacturer by creating the highest performing parts through a focused engineering approach to design. This engineering process is what makes the AMS QuickClamp System the best designed piping connection system on the market. Our Snailworks Engineering Team has spent countless R&D hours painstakingly designing each component of the QuickClamp System via Solidworks Computer Aided Design (CAD) software as well as conducting rigorous on-track testing to validate their design.

This CNC machined 6061-T6 billet aluminum product has been rigorously lab and FEA tested to wit'stand up to 120 PSI, ensuring that it will perform optimally under the most extreme conditions. This clamping system needed a unique closure mechanism which is why our Snailworks Engineering Team has devised an elegant 304 stainless steel push-pin to secure the clamp shut. This captured pin allows for quick, easy, and toolless unbuckling and removal during maintenance or repair services. Our team has also included a provision for safety wire or cotter pin to give you peace of mind and prevent accidental release. Say goodbye to cumbersome and time-consuming worm gear clamps and silicone hose - the AMS QuickClamp System ensures that your piping connections remain secure and in place, even during extreme engine movement or vibration.
Features:

• Allows Articulation Between Piping To Prevent Decoupling During Engine Operation
• Upgrade Over Silicone Hose Connections
• Lab And Fea Tested To 120 Psi
• Integrated Push-Pin For Toolless Clamp Release
• Provision For Safety Wire Or Cotter Pin To Prevent Accidental Release
• Cnc Machined 6061-T6 Billet Aluminum Construction

Note:

• Ferrule ONLY. Clamps and Retaining Rings available separately.
• Sold individually.
• Universal fitment, requires custom fabrication.
• Each ferrule type has been designed for a specific fabrication application, depending on your project's needs. The Standard ferrule is intended for use with aluminum tubing commonly used for intake and charge pipes. Panel ferrules can be used to mount directly to sheet metal as found on intercooler end tanks. Flat ferrules are receiver-less and are a great option for mounting to turbo compressors, or in various other unorthodox applications.
