GrimmSpeed GS Antenna Delete Plate – 2002-2003 Subaru WRX / 1996-2003 Impreza

Description:

Delete the Antenna Without Leaving a Hole

The GrimmSpeed GS Antenna Delete Plate for the 2002-2003 Subaru WRX and 1996-2003 Subaru Impreza covers the factory antenna mast hole with a finished billet aluminum plate when the OEM mast antenna is removed. For builds running a modern head unit with built-in or alternate antenna solutions, the factory mast antenna is unnecessary the delete plate fills the hole cleanly with a finished surface that matches the roofline profile.

Billet Aluminum Finished Cover for the Antenna Hole

The GrimmSpeed antenna delete plate is machined from billet aluminum and finished to match the roof panel profile of the 2002-2003 WRX and 1996-2003 Impreza. It provides a sealed, finished cover over the antenna base hole that prevents water intrusion when the mast antenna is removed. The delete is a visual improvement over the factory antenna position on builds where the roof profile is a focus.

Direct Bolt-In at Factory Antenna Base Location

The GrimmSpeed antenna delete plate uses the factory antenna base mounting hardware to secure in place at the OEM antenna position. No additional drilling, no adhesive, no sealant required the delete plate provides its own sealing against the roof panel. Compatible with the factory antenna base gasket for correct weatherproofing.

Straight From Subispeed

The GrimmSpeed antenna delete is for GD WRX and early Impreza owners who have removed or bypassed the factory mast antenna and want a finished, sealed cover at that location rather than a visible hole or plug. It's a small detail on the roofline that reads as intentional rather than missing-hardware on a clean build.

About GrimmSpeed

GrimmSpeed is a Pacific Northwest-based performance parts manufacturer that has been building Subaru-specific hardware since 2003. Founded by engineers who were actively building and racing Subarus themselves, GrimmSpeed's catalog reflects the priorities of people who use the products they make turbo inlets, downpipes, uppipes, boost controllers, intercoolers, and engine bay accessories designed specifically for the EJ and FA-series Subaru platforms. Every GrimmSpeed product is engineered, tested, and refined in-house, and their focus on Subaru means the fitment and function reflect a deep understanding of the specific platforms they cover. Subispeed carries the full GrimmSpeed catalog because their approach to product development consistently produces parts that perform as advertised and fit correctly out of the box.
