Stillen Aero Side Skirts | 2009-2015 Nissan GT-R (GTRKB12829)

Description:

2009-2015 Nissan GT-R Aero Side Skirts by Stillen

Utilizing Steve Millen's extensive racing experience, STILLEN is proud to offer these Aerodynamically FUNCTIONAL high-quality urethane Side Skirts for the 2009-15 R35 Nissan GT-R.

Continuing the aerodynamic stabilization of the GT-R, STILLEN has developed new side skirts with a 2-inch ledge built in to apply more downforce to the car. Perfect for daily driving or track days, these skirts utilize the factory skirt mounting points to ensure a perfect fit and finish.

This design comes from the testing performed on the legendary IMSA Nissan 300ZX, campaigned in the IMSA sports car series at Le Mans, Daytona, and Sebring. Tested in the Lockheed Martin wind tunnel, the Nissan engineers found that by enhancing the side ledge on the rocker it applied an incremental amount of downforce at higher speeds thus keeping the car planted and more stable through high-speed corners.

Another major benefit of the side skirts is the improved appearance. Giving the GT-R a much more aggressive look and incorporating race-proven engineering, these rockers are sure to catch attention and compliments. Just like all STILLEN bodywork, these are molded in durable polyurethane and come ready to be prepped and primed for paint. Designed to last, these side skirts offer a limited lifetime warranty.

STILLEN has been manufacturing polyurethane body styling parts for almost 30 years. We're the experts in designing, building, and installing high-quality aerodynamic and body-styling performance parts. STILLEN body styling parts are designed and tested to ensure an exact fit before production. Our proprietary polyurethane formula is so strong and resilient that we offer a limited lifetime warranty on materials.
